Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great midrange phone and perfect all-rounder Whilst it does't have as many bell and whistles as its bigger brother, the X3 Pro, the X3 Neo considerably cheaper and still has all the features us average consumers need. I have the all black version and this is a really sleek looking device that could easily be mistaken for a premium flagship phone. Let's start off with the huge 6.55" screen. Make no mistake, this is a large phone so some may need to hands to operate it, but this has become normal within the last few years. Once you get used to holding it, you can start to appreciate the punchy colours on the bright AMOLED screen it. The screen is also has 90Hz refresh rate, which means animations and transitions are very smooth. Yes, 120Hz would be nicer, but the increase from 90Hz to 120Hz is much less noticeable in day-to-day use than going from 60Hz to 90Hz. Moving on to the cameras. There's 4 of them and you can't ask for much more versatility than that. All of the cameras are slightly scaled down versions of the ones found on the X3 Pro, but they still perform great in all different types of conditions - even in low light and at night. The photos taken by the main 50MP camera are bright, balanced and sharp, with natural colour levels throughout. The photos on the ultra wide are a step down in quality, but are great for when you need to get more in the shot and keep the natural colours. The telephoto does a great job of zooming in without losing much quality, but once you get past the 5x, the quality of the photos aren’t great. Lastly, the overall performance of the phone is rock solid. The 12GB of ram keeps everything running smoothy and snappy. I prefer the version of Android found on Pixel phones, however Oppo have kept their features and skin quite light so it doesn’t feel bloated or slow. The large screen is also accompanied by a large 4,500mAh battery which will easily get you through the day on medium to heavy use. On light- medium use you will most likely get up to a day and a half before needing to plug it in. When you do find yourself running low, the quick charge feature will have you back to 100% in just 30 minutes. No battery anxiety here!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Battery life very damaging I have been using OPPO Since 10 years but now I bought a new device just a week ago from Curry's which is Oppo Find X3 5G. This is awful, charging fast but lasting zero.. Quiqkly down the charge which I never seen before..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from X3 Lite 5G versus Huawei P30 Pro I bought the Oppo to replace a Huawei P30 pro. it seems lighter in weight and faster, and generally better all round. The camera is more accessable the photo quality seems very good, there are operating differences which take a bit of getting used to, but for the consideable price difference the Oppo is holding its own, the only thing that I have noticed and I have seen other reviews saying the same is that the battery does over heat

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cheap and chearful I am not an expert on phones so I can not give an extensive review: in my humble opinion pictures are ok, although it has 3 back cameras my previous phone was google and the pictures where better. Also I though it will be faster but is not as fast as it says, the screen sometimes feel not responding. Price is good for the memory capacity. I do use my phone for basic functions so I am happy with it

Rated 4 out of 5 by from OPPO Find X3 Neo - Stong Mid-Tier phone The OPPO Find X3 Neo is a mid-tier priced phone. This is a market, where you expect top-tier performance, for mid-tier pricing, so sacrifices have to be made. But the Find X3 Neo makes fair sacrifices to keep performance up, but the price down. The design and build quality are great, with a matte black casing which is soft to the touch and doesn't show pesky fingerprints. It has a large 6.55 inch AMOLED display, with a 90Hz refresh rate, giving the device a slick and premium feel, and has a hole-punch front facing camera, keeping your content the main focus of the screen. The camera is where things take a slight step-down (but not by much), there is a "quad" lens system, with a 50MP main sensor, 13MP telephoto, 16MP ultrawide and a (pointless) 2MP macro lens. All of which perform well, particularly the prime 50MP sensor which is the same as the Oppo Find Pro model. The camera also has decent low-light photography skills. The battery is 4500mAh, so should comfortably last a day. One cost-cutting technique is the lack of wireless charging. This may be a deal breaker to some, but I'm personally not massively into the wireless charging ecosystem. The phone comes with a massive 65W charger, so it fully charges in nearly 30 minutes. Finally, the overall speed and performance. The chip set is the Snapdragon 865, which is last years primary chip set. Again, a cost-cutting area, but the performance is still great, with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal (expandable) storage. The issue of an older chip, is the longevity of the phone, will it last 2+ years? Or begin to slow down, only time will tell! All in all, I think this is a great phone at a decent price point, one which I imagine will be on sale and open to good network deals soon. If the top of line models aren't quite you, this is a good mid-tier phone to consider.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Convenient and easy to use with a great camera but reservations about battery life The Oppo Find X3 Lite is a convenient size and has an excellent camera system. There is very little bloatware. I find ColorOS easy to use but the Quick Start guide could give more information on initial setup. Charging is quick but the battery drains faster than the one on my old phone does after four years of use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far,so good. Replaces my Lenovo P42a where the battery was starting to degrade.Still getting used to the differences, mainly better than my old phone.Camera is more than adequate for my needs, why so much emphasis on cameras I don't know, why not just buy a camera. The volume could do with being louder for phone calls.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Oppo X3Lite My Oppo X3 Lite is great. I recommend it to those looking out to get an Oppo phone. The battery charging speed is compared to none. Though, the battery doesnt last that much, maybe because I have so many apps installed or its the nature of the phone. Camera is lit, sweet camera quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This phone offers all you'll ever need I upgraded from my much loved OnePlus 5 as no longer supported. Good priced phone and included free Enco X headphones. The phone is excellent, good screen quality, excellent cameras. Also is good size phone as is slightly narrower making it easier for one handed use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phone is very responsive and I value it. I love this phone it has 8GB of ram is good for playing games the screen is almost invisible to your retina the camera is good but a tiny bit slow the super fast changing is satisfying as well. Is pretty cheap as well perfect choice .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow What a fantastic phone this is. The camera quality is outstanding and the operating system is seamless. It is a beautiful, sleek looking. with plenty of space for videos and photos. The video streaming is perfect. Such a great phone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good overall I was looking forward to getting a 5g phone as its just started to be set up where I live. The cameras are good and take good pictures especially in darker settings. I also like that the camera in the screen is offset so it doesn't interfere with the viewing of stuff in landscape so much. The ability to fully charge in 35 minutes is impressive as is the thought that goes in to the packaging and items you receive in the box. Being a curved edge screen it comes with a screen protector already fitted and a case to help save it from everyday bumps. What I have struggled with is the operating system though, I'm so used to samsung that it has been hard to navigate the oppo version. It's great that it has stereo sound, but what it's let down most by is the screen. It just seems to be a bit washed out in its colour representation, even in dynamic mode it doesn't pop as much as an amoled screen should. The storage is more than adequate but can't be increased with a memory card and it only has one sim slot. Overall its a good phone, but left wanting for a flagship model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and good phone Very fast phone with fast charging 35min to full. Lots of customisation and nearly pure Android. Downside is Netflix preloaded and impossible to uninstall. Worth those money compared to other phones maker.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Has great features and value Great value, however, I rely on mobile data, when first bought was great, now 3 or so months later it's slow to pick up, and keeps dropping strength, no matter what signal is like.
