TERMS AND CONDITIONS - EE

 

1. Promoter

The Campaign is promoted by Unumplus Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 10536855, with its registered office at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London, United Kingdom, EC4N 4SA (“we”, “us” or “our”).


2. The Campaign

The Campaign is the OPPO UK x UEFA Champions League & Mystery Football Shirt Giveaway (“Campaign”).


  • Purchase Period:
    • Start Date: 17th April 2025
    • End Date: 30th April 2025
  • Redemption Period:
    • Start Date: 17th April 2025
    • End Date: 4th May 2025
  • Entry Channel: EE (for the OPPO Reno13 Pro purchase only)

3. Eligibility
  • Open to individuals aged 18+ residing in the United Kingdom (“Campaign Country”).
  • Employees of OPPO UK, their relatives, and others involved in the Campaign's conception and implementation are excluded.

4. How to Participate

To enter, participants must:

  • Purchase an OPPO Reno13 Pro from EE within the Purchase Period.
  • Submit their entry via https://oppostore.co.uk/claims by selecting the relevant competition tile and following the steps to complete the claim.
  • Provide proof of purchase, IMEI and a valid email address.
    • Disqualification Criteria:
      • Entries made outside of the Purchase Period or not submitted within the Redemption Period will be invalid.
      • Entries containing defamatory, obscene, illegal, or offensive material will be disqualified.
      • Entries via agents, third parties, or multiple accounts will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection & Prizes
  • Grand Prize:
    • One (1) winner will be selected from OPPO Reno13 Pro purchases from EE.
    • The winner will receive two (2) UEFA Champions League Final tickets.
    • The winner will also receive a £1000 gift card (£500 per ticket) from an online travel agency to assist with travel and accommodation.
    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, prizes cannot be substituted for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  • Runner-Up Prizes:
    • 20 mystery football shirt promo codes for use at https://www.mysteryfootball.co.uk/.
    • Winners will receive a Mystery Football Shirt by selecting their size and redeeming the code via the provided link.

6. Winner Announcement & Claiming
  • The winner will be drawn on Wednesday, 7th May 2025.
  • The winner will be notified via direct email within the same week.
  • The winner must respond within 24 hours with their contact details and confirmation to claim their prize.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. The entity responsible for the processing of your data is the “Promoter” with its registered office at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria St, London EC4N 4SA, United Kingdom.


9. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and/or the Data Protection Act 2018, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, each participant consents to the incorporation of their personal data into a file owned by the company. The purpose of this file is to manage the draw, disseminate and publicize its results, and process the delivery of the prize.


10. We inform you that you can exercise your rights to Access, Rectification, Erasure, Objection, Restriction of Processing, Data Portability, the right to be forgotten, and the right not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to www.oppo.com/es/privacy-feedback or by sending a letter to the following address: 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria St, London EC4N 4SA, United Kingdom, in both cases attaching a copy of an identification document.


11. We will retain the personal data of the winner for 3 months, depending on customer service requirements. Without prejudice to any other administrative appeal or judicial action, the participant has the right to file a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, particularly in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with regulations or if they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights.


12. Therefore, the participant acknowledges having been informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection and accepts and consents to the processing of their data, confirming that they agree with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at: https://www.oppo.com/uk/privacy.


13. Miscellaneous

14. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.


15. We are entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means and/or try to manipulate the selection result. In addition, participation in the Campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, we are entitled to withdraw the Prize, to reclaim the Prize that has already been handed out, or to demand compensation for the value.


16. We are entitled to end or postpone the Campaign early. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and in the event that proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.


17. The Winner agrees that any tax (including the income tax) or other charge payable in conjunction with the Prizes is the sole responsibility of the Winner.


18. The Campaign is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
