TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter at www.OPPOstore.co.uk/claims form part of these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Unumplus Limited of 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London, United Kingdom, EC4N 4SA (the "Promoter").
2. Promotion Summary
Eligible participants who purchase anew OPPO A6 Pro 5G from EE during the Purchase Period, and who submit a valid claim in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, will be eligible to receive the following gift with purchase:
- OPPO Enco Buds3 Pro
(the gift).

3. Purchase Period
The promotion purchase period opens at at 00:01 BST on 2 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 30 June 2026 inclusive (the "Purchase Period").
4. Claim Period
Claims may be submitted from 00:01 BST on 2 June 2026 and must be received by 23:59 BST on 16 July 2026 inclusive (the "Claim Period").
5. Eligibility
5.1 This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Channel Islands aged 18 years or over.
5.2 Employees or agents of the Promoter, or any party professionally connected with the administration of this Promotion, are not eligible to claim.
5.3 The Promotion applies only to purchases by end users. Retailers, distributors, resellers, network providers, dealers, and any person purchasing for resale or for commercial redistribution are excluded.
5.4 This Promotion is only available in respect of purchases of a new (not second-hand, refurbished, reconditioned, ex-display or damaged box) OPPO A6 Pro 5G purchased from EE in the United Kingdom, whether purchased online, in-store or via telesales.
5.5 Purchases made on a Pay Monthly basis, contract basis, airtime plan basis, bundle basis with network service, or any marketplace, third-party seller or auction website, are expressly excluded from this Promotion.
5.6 This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other OPPO gift with purchase offer, cashback promotion, trade-in uplift or other promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Promoter in writing.
5.7 This promotion is only available on SIM Free purchases. Pay Monthly, contract and network bundled purchases are excluded.
6. How to Claim
6.1 To claim, participants must, during the Claim Period, visit www.OPPOstore.co.uk/claims and complete the online claim form.
6.2 Participants will be required to provide:
- Full name, email address, delivery address and other requested contact details;
- Proof of purchase showing the retailer, product purchased and purchase date;
- The IMEI number of the purchased handset (IMEI 1 for dual SIM devices); and
- Any additional information reasonably requested by the Promoter for verification purposes.
6.3 Participants should wait at least 7 days after delivery or collection before submitting a claim, to allow retailer sales records to be updated.
6.4 Claims must be submitted no later than the end of the Claim Period.
6.5 The Promoter will validate claims using the information submitted by the participant together with eligible sales and IMEI records supplied by Participating Retailer.
6.6 A claim will only be valid where the relevant IMEI is verified by the Promoter, in its sole reasonable discretion, as relating to an eligible SIM Free purchase under this Promotion.
6.7 The Promoter reserves the right to reject any claim where:
- the IMEI cannot be matched to an eligible SIM Free sale;
- the purchase is identified as Pay Monthly, contract, bundled with network service, or otherwise ineligible;
- the participant has returned, cancelled or rescinded the purchase; or
- the claim is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, duplicate, late or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions.
6.8 If the Promoter requests further information and the participant does not provide it within 7 days of the request, the claim may be rejected.
7. Validation and Dispatch
7.1 Claims will be reviewed after submission and, if valid, the Gift will be dispatched after the Promoter has completed eligibility checks, including checks against Participating Retailer records and any applicable return or cancellation period.
7.2 The Promoter aims to validate claims within 45 working days of receipt of a complete claim, although this may take longer where additional checks are required.
7.3 Gifts will be dispatched no earlier than 14 days after successful claim validation. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 days from the date of validation.
7.4 Gifts will only be delivered to addresses in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man or Channel Islands.
7.5 If a participant receives a Gift in respect of a purchase that is later returned, cancelled or found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to require return of the Gift or to recover the value of the Gift.
8. Claim Limits
8.1 Maximum one claim per eligible handset purchased.
8.2 Maximum four claims per household during the Promotion.
8.3 The Gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
8.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control make this necessary.
8.5 The Gift is available while stocks last. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or substitute the Gift where stock becomes unavailable.
9. Data Protection
9.1 The Promoter will process personal data submitted in connection with this Promotion for the purposes of administering the Promotion, validating claims, preventing fraud, arranging delivery of Gifts, and dealing with related enquiries.
9.2 The Promoter may share relevant personal data with carefully selected service providers and with Participating Retailer to the extent reasonably necessary for the administration and verification of this Promotion.

9.4 Personal data will not be used for separate marketing purposes unless the participant has separately consented to such use.
10. General
10.1 The Promoter is responsible for the administration of this Promotion.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims and to refuse claims which it reasonably considers to be fraudulent, invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10.3 The Promoter may suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that it will always endeavour to minimise disappointment to participants and to act fairly and proportionately.
10.4 The Promoter is not responsible for claims that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete or unable to be submitted due to any technical or connectivity issue beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
10.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
10.6 Subject to clause 10.5, the Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
10.7 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10.8 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
