1- The promoter is: OPPO Mobile UK Ltd whose registered office is at 258 Bath Rd, Slough SL1 4DX (“OPPO”).

2- The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of OPPO Mobile UK Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Competition.

3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Competition.

4- By entering this Competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5- To enter this Competition you must-

b) Follow us on Instagram
c) Join our OPPO Connect group on Facebook (see link above)
d) Post a Slow-motion video on Instagram tagging @OPPOUK or on OPPO Connect using the Hashtag #OPPOxRG.

6- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

7- Closing date for entry will be May 4th, 2022. After this date, no further entries to the Competition will be permitted.

8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9-One (1) winner will be selected randomly from the valid entries and communicated via email or social media message, who will have five (5) working days to respond. If no response is received in this time a new winner will be chosen. (the “Winner”)

10- The Winner will receive Return economy flights for two (2) people, two (2) VIP Experience hospitality tickets to the Women’s finals of Roland-Garros, two (2) Nights of hotel accommodation chosen by OPPO and one (1) Find X5 Pro 5G (the “Prize”)*.

Air Ticket terms

• Flight tickets are valid for travel with the airline chosen by OPPO only and are non-extendable, non-transferable, non-re-routable, non-endorse-able and non-convertible to cash and shall at all times be subject to availability and the airline of OPPO’s choice’s Conditions of Carriage and applicable ticket conditions.
• These tickets will be on a confirmed basis, and penalties may apply for any changes made after issue.
• Flights are chosen by OPPO and location of Winner are considered, travelling from the nearest available airport to the Winner allowing direct flights to Paris where possible.
• The ticket will be valid on a specific booking class only.
• The following blackout dates apply:
No flights will be offered outside June 2022.

Roland-Garros VIP Hospitality ticket terms

• The tickets will be non-endorse-able /non-refundable/non-saleable and non-transferable.
• These tickets will be on a confirmed basis, and penalties may apply for any changes made after issue.
• The tickets will only be valid for Saturday 4th June 2022.

Hotel accommodation terms

• Hotel check in: Friday 3rd June 2022 and check out: Sunday 6th June 2022.
• The tickets will be non-endorse-able /non-refundable/non-saleable and non-transferable.
• These tickets will be on a confirmed basis, and penalties may apply for any changes made after issue.

Find X5 Pro terms

• * This Prize does not cover anything additional to what has been listed on this point. The Winner and the guest will be responsible to cover all their personal expenses for the travel to and from both UK and France airports and during their stay generally. Proof of age may be required before the Prize can be given. OPPO reserves the right to substitute the Prize for another Prize of equal or greater value, should the need reasonably arise. The Winner and the guest will be responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with redeeming the Prize including but not limited to travel insurance, airfares, food, accommodation, transfers (other than as provided for under these Terms) and any other ancillary costs associated with redemption of the Prize. The Winner and their guest must travel together on the same dates / sectors on both outward and return journeys. If a Winner is unable to utilise the flights no cash alternative will be provided. All travel documentation and visas must be up to date and are the responsibility of the Winner and their guest. Flight tickets do not include access to Premium Lounges (or equivalent).

11 - Taxes

The value of the Prize shall be based on applicable market fares at the point of origin on the date of issue of the tickets and may be disclosed by the OPPO where required by law for tax purposes. The Winner is solely liable for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to, personal tax, service tax and other entertainment tax due as a result of winning the Prize and OPPO accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising as a result of the Prize.

12 - Personal Information

OPPO collects and uses the qualifying entrants’ personal information (the “Data”) in order to conduct the Competition and any related marketing and promotional activity and may, for this purpose, disclose or transmit such information to third parties rendering services in relation to the Competition. OPPO undertakes to collect, process, store, save and transfer the Data in compliance with relevant data protection legislation in force from time to time. By entering the Competition and providing the Data the qualifying entrant authorises OPPO to collect and process the Data in this manner.
The Winner agrees to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by OPPO. The Winner agrees to the publication of their respective name and country in connection with the Competition.

13 - OPPO Liability

OPPO will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under these Terms where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. OPPO accepts no liability (and excludes all liability) for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings or for special, direct, indirect or consequential loss of any nature howsoever arising. OPPO accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Winner or, where applicable, the guest as a result of entering or participating in the Competition or accepting the Prize. This exclusion does not include any liability for death or personal injury caused solely by the negligence of OPPO.
Qualifying entrants enter the Competition at their own risk and agree to indemnify OPPO against all costs, losses, damages, expenses, and liabilities (including for loss of reputation and goodwill and professional advisors' fees) and any claim arising from their own actions in any way in connection with the Competition or a breach of their obligations hereunder.

14 - General

Participation in the Competition does not confer on the entrant any rights in or over any intellectual property arising in connection with the Competition. Any Terms which are held to be invalid in any jurisdiction shall whenever allowed by the context be deemed to be replaced by such valid and enforceable terms and conditions whose contents are as close as permissible to those of the invalid or unenforceable Terms. OPPO reserves the right to modify or vary the Competition and/or these Terms at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England, and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising from or in connection with them.

15- We hold no responsibility in the occasion which winners are unable to attend. (For example- Cancellation of Roland-Garros event, refusal of entry, travel restrictions, illness etc.)

16- The selection by OPPO as to the Winner shall be final. OPPO may withdraw the competition at any time at its discretion.
